With in excess of 14 years working exclusively in defense markets, Thomas is a creative-minded networker with a strong focus on Defense marketing and relationships.

Having led teams at both Daniel Defense & SureFire, Thomas brings extensive in-house defense sales and marketing knowledge that is proven and trusted.

Thomas has lead numerous go-to-market strategies for leading domestic and foreign defense companies, helping to establish a presence in the United States, achieve and manage ongoing sales.

Through this type of work Thomas has established a vast network of relationships varying from Military & Law Enforcement end users, Tier 1 GSA suppliers and other defense channel networks.

Thomas previously served six years as a member of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and holds a BA in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of California - Los Angeles

Josh is an internationally awarded innovator, with a strong focus on strategy, international business and relationships.

Having invented, patented and sold a proprietary product globally, Josh is a seasoned entrepreneur and brings a strong understanding of innovation, commercialization and product lifecycle, designing products to meet end-user requirements.

He has previously worked in the pharmaceuticals and defense industries in North America, previously acting as the Vice President for SupashockUSA, and brings a strong understanding of market conditions and compliance, as well as a wealth of relationships and an ever-expanding network within the Defense industry.

Josh holds an MBA from the University of South Australia, class of 2019.
